Who We Are

Applicability

These terms apply to all purchases made from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices & Payment

• All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

• Payments can be made via [payment methods]. We will start producing your order once we receive payment.

Production, Shipping & Delivery

• Made to Order: All our products are custom-made per order, meaning they are individually crafted for each customer.

• Delivery Time: Since we manufacture each product on demand, the estimated delivery time is up to two weeks. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• Once your package arrives, you are responsible for the products.

Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products. This means:

• If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

• If the damage is caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage, it is not covered by the warranty.

No Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final due to the custom-made nature of our products.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy is in place to help us minimize waste and keep costs as low as possible. By creating each product only when ordered, we ensure the most sustainable production process.

• If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us immediately at vandegoorjop@gmail.com, and we will assess a possible repair or replacement under warranty.

Your Rights as a Seller

• We strive to deliver high-quality products, but we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

• We reserve the right to change prices and terms, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

• We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, caused by a defective product.

Applicable Law

These terms and any agreements with us are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in our business location.
